Grundfos In Malaysia

Grundfos pumps have been sold in Malaysia since the mid-60s, through an agent in Kuala Lumpur. Since we understood the need to be closer to our
customers, a local Grundfos company was incorporated in August 1990.

One of its task was to establish Grundfos' own after-sales service team and enhance
the sales and marketing of Grundfos throughout Malaysia/Brunei via the appointment and training of nationwide dealers.


Grundfos Malaysia is today
housed in its own building at the Glenmarie Industrial Park in Shah Alam, with more than 50 employees from sales & marketing to human resources,
administrative & accounts to production and logistic, as well as a service center equipped with state-of-the-art testing facilities.

As a customer-oriented company, Grundfos has established a strategic Dealers Network around Peninsular
Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei to serve local customers better. Today, Grundfos has a wide distribution of dealers and authorised service centres
nationwide.



The presence of Grundfos nationwide enable easier access to every customers’ needs providing total customers’ satisfaction in pumping solutions.
